Training & Skill Development


Mi2C has its own fully equipped state of the art residential academy, namely Mi2C Skill Development Academy in Delhi. The academy is spread over an area of 1.5 acre with residential facilities for 150 persons. The trainers and instructor in academy are highly qualified and are drawn from the retired personnel’s of the Defence Forces, Central Armed Police Forces, State Police Forces and training establishments of repute. Keeping in view the competence, strength and infrastructure available with it, the Academy has developed expertise imparting training in all type of courses related to security, facilities, cyber crime, fire fighting & preventions, first aid, security driving, hospitality, mechanized housekeeping and soft skills.


The  joint venture  partners of the company has so far provided required  training both field training as well as on the job training to 3054 persons in security, facilities management and cyber crime.  The company has ensured 100% placement of all the trained personnel.


The academy envisages extending active support to the States as well as Central Government to implement its Schemes under Swaranjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojna, Ministry of Labour & Employment (Director General / Employment & Training) under Skill Development Initiatives (Modular Employable Skills), by providing vocational training in skill development to the unemployed youth of the country in rural area viz.  School leavers, early drop outs and unemployed, workers seeking certification of their skills acquired informally, workers and ITI graduates seeking skill up-gradation and previously child labour and their families etc. to improve their employable skill by optimally utilizing the infrastructure available and build capacity. The courses have accordingly been designed for short terms and Demand Driven, based on Modular Employable Skills (MES).   MES is the ‘Minimum Skill Set’ which is sufficient for gainful employment or self employment in the world of work.

The training has been designed on the following parameters:-

(a)  Indoor

(b) Outdoor

(c)  Field visits

(d) Interaction with various security set-ups including Police / CAPFs Control Rooms etc.


                     In addition to this, the academy will include hand-holding of the trained personnel and will plan for refresher courses in the academy and on-the-job training courses, periodically to up-date their knowledge so that they can deliver the desired standards of security to the satisfaction of the clients and also maintain their own standards and credibility of Mi2C.




            Our trainers and instructors are highly qualified and drawn from the defence services, CAPFs like ex-CISF, ex-SPG, ex-NSG, State Police Forces and Training Establishments of repute. Primarily, the selection has been made on the basis of the detailed information available from CAPFs and Director General (Rehabilitation).  It has been ensured that we select only those trainers who have special liking for training in their carrier and have served long tenures in the training academies.
