 Mi2C places major emphasis on managing the quality of its operations and manpower deployed. Our quality parameters process begins when prospective manpower and senior staff is interviewed, screened and assessed for their detail orientation, interest on our industry as a career and committed to personnel success.


 Mi2C look at it as an investment in the long-term future of our company and a vital part of the customer services we will never compromise on. In short we want our clients to remain our clients and stand ready to do whatever it takes to make that important part of our business happen.


 Since client expectation and requirements may vary, so Mi2C has not adopted any single program. Instead we focus on the fundamental objective common to all programs: Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). We are always looking for better ways to do things. We are well aware that consistent quality and continuous improvement do not just happen, but require an organized approach to maintain each individual client’s standards of quality improvement.
